Apostle Sepers resigned from his ministry in 2004 and in the interview with him, he said that DA Studer told members, when his resignation was announced :

On the one hand, many have resigned because of changes that say the Holy Spirit and Baptism are NOT only active in NAC. They cannot fathom these changes.

On the other hand, it seems some AB's are leaving because this particular change is not taken serious enough. They want the CA to even go further...now that is again a total opposite reason for leaving.
