It seems a new digital sign has been erected outside the "New Apostolic Church and Conference Center" in Woodbury. The NAC and Conference Center part is permanent with a digital part that can be programmed as needed. I guess this is to indicate the events taking place when (and if ) it is rented out. I wonder if they can program it to say "Let's Go Mets" at other times?
It seems DA Kolb is quite serious still about renting it out. He micro-manages all aspects of the building. The latest being the construction of a book shelf for the choir books so the members do not leave them on the seats. He does not seem to allow any customizations of the interior to look like a church which is upsetting to some of the members. Supposedly all decisions about the building, no matter how small, must be made by him.
He also hired a marketing firm that took pictures of the interior. It sounds like they will produce marketing materials to help advertise the conference center.
