Steve, given that you experienced excommunication in the New Apostolic Church, what advice can you offer Trike who received the following warning from NAC Canada (please excuse his typos as he had no access to a scanner.)

RE: xxxxxx xxxxxxx-Off Limits Order from New Apostolic Church

Please be advised that we are the solicitors representing New Apostolic Church Canada ("the church"). It has been brought to on attention that on Sunday, xxxx xx, 2008, you attended an Outreach Discussion presided by Reverend Carl Zender in the City of xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx. It is our understanding that while in attendance at this Outreach Discussion. You engaged in course of conduct which ceased great emotional upset to other attendees.

The particulars of your conduct at the xxxx xx, 2008 Outreach Discussion included the incessant badgering of and a physical threat made upon Reverend Zender, constant interjections and personal attacks, as well as a general lack of cooperation and disregard for the other attendees. Needless to say, your behavior the Outreach Discussion was entirely inappropriate, at odds with the objectives of the congregation, and contrary to the Church's "House Rules" for the members. A copy of the "House Rules" is enclosed herein for your reference.

As a result of your conduct at the xxxx xx, 2008 Outreach Discussion and in view of a prior incident involving a physical threat made by you to a minister of the Church at the xxxx xxxxxxxx congregation, we regret to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Church has decided to issue you an Off Limits Order from the Church for a period of six (6) months commencing from the date of this letter.

During the duration of this Off Limits Order, and in accordance with section 2 cof the trespass to property Act, R.S.O 1990, C. T.21, you will not be permitted to enter upon any premises owned or controlled by the Church without the express prior written consent of the Church. Should you trespass onto Church property at any time during this six (6) month period, the Church will have no choice but to notify the police and you may be charged for violating the Trespass to property Act. Repeated violations could result in a restraining order and/or excommunication.

The Board of directors of the church will re-evaluate your case following the expiry of the (6) six months suspension period.
