Note also the way that Leber speaks out of both sides of his mouth. On the one hand, he is sorry for those few sentient beings that resisted the message and suffered as a result. But on the other, he holds out those that accepted the message and made preparations (undoubtedly including the vilification of the infidels) as the faithful souls whose obedience was exemplary. So which group was right, and which group was wrong? You can't have it both ways, unless you are the New Apostolic Church."

There was a "meeting" after church this past Sunday held by Shep. Hess (who is now the rector of the Mobile/Daphne - Slidell, La - Tchula, MS - Pensacola congregations). It was announced that there would be visiting priests holding services on Sundays (no midweek services anymore in Pensacola) UNTIL THE END OF AUGUST. After that, they had NO INFORMATION. No one knew anything further. There was discussion afterwards that no one would be traveling to Mobile/Daphne. They have effectively tossed this congregation to the wind. Nice going, NAC.

Posts: 164 08/06/2011 13:26	Don't know if "officially" is the term yet, but that's what's been told to the sheeple. All three locations had their own, fully paid for, church buildings. Granted, Slidell had a quite small congregation. But the church did completely renovate that building after hurricane Katrina. Tchula, on the other hand, had/has quite a few regular members from what I hear. Hess is originally from St. Louis, but lives in Mobile, AL now. All the mess involved started when he moved there. Wonder if that was the point of the move? (Edited to reflect proper hurricane name [Katrina]) Edited 1 time by Dharma02 08/07/2011 17:57.

Posts: 9696 08/07/2011 07:50 NAC Thorn in the Side	NAC's in Europe and Canada donated a lot of money toward repair of the Slidell church following Hurricane Katrina. (Wasn't it about $50,000 each?) Also, quite a few NAC's traveled there to volunteer their time to help put back the pieces. I wonder where the money from the sale of the building will go? Maybe they should return the money to Canada and Europe.

They just took the money to put it back into "sale shape." Of course, they had to wait a little while to throw off suspicion and get away with the sale. Take the money and run, that's NAC's motto.

"DE" Orlofski mentioned the need for "apostles" at least 5 or 6 times from the opening prayer to the beginning of his sermon. I didn't have the stomach to sit there and watch any more than that, it was like listening to "Bishop" Fendt's prattlings on that recording a few weeks ago, full of ridiculous platitudes and silly statements that only the truly gullible could listen to without laughing. Sarcasm smiley was added a few weeks ago:

Posts: 9696 08/17/2011 10:38 NAC Thorn in the Side	Remove this ad Perhaps if Pensacola congregation came up with a novel approach to NAC worship (such as Compass has), Kolb would find it in his heart to keep the congregation open. Like.... have a woman hold the services. But, the chauvenism is so great in the NAC that he'd rather see the congregation close than have a woman preach. And in demonstration of humility, the indoctrinated women in the NAC accept their second-class status and don't object. Edited 1 time by deaconess 08/17/2011 10:46.
